Please carefully read our terms and condition below before applying for a product returns. By applying for a product returns, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

符合退貨條款的產品: 顧客可在指定的期限內退回未經使用、未穿著、未經更改、未經洗滌而且附有原裝產品吊牌和包裝的網購商品以作退款或更換其他貨品。

不符合退貨條款的產品基於衛生理由,所有內褲、束褲、衛生褲、矯形背心、内衣配飾、膠粘貼類產品,以及曾被修改的產品均不接受退貨。另外,所有網店減價或清貨商品均不接受退換。如顧客未經本公司同意退回不符合退貨條件的商品,將不獲退款安排。顧客如欲取回有關商品,必須自行負擔回郵運費,否則有關退回商品將會作棄置處理。

退貨地址:顧客須將退貨產品連同收據一并寄回香港新界葵涌圳邊街一號南華工業大廈26樓典雅公司。顧客須負擔有關的運費。所有網購產品不可直接退回曼黛瑪璉綫下專門店。

退貨限期:顧客在收取網購貨品後,必須於14天内提交退貨申請並將貨品寄回以上地址。

退貨貨品狀況:所有產品均須以其出售的原狀,即保留包裝和紙牌標籤的形式退回。若產品曾被使用、穿著、洗滌、或遭破損、修改或損毁,均不會獲得退款或換貨。

退貨郵寄記錄:顧客寄回退貨時應保留郵寄單據,以便保障自身利益。

貨品質量問題、遺漏或誤寄貨品:當顧客收到商品後,應即時檢查商品。如發現貨品質量有問題,或有遺漏、誤寄的情況,可在簽收商品後的七天內,連同訂單編號及商品編號,透過「聯絡我們」頁面、WhatsappFacebookInstagram客服渠道通知本公司。本公司或會要求顧客清楚拍下該件商品有問題的部分、誤寄之貨品照片及包裝袋上的標籤,以相同方式一并傳送給本公司。如產品本身有瑕疵或被誤寄,退貨的運費將可被退回。

換貨方法: 顧客如欲將退回的貨品換成其他產品,可於退貨申請表内,或通過本網頁的“聯絡我們”、Whatsapp、Facebook或Instagram客服渠道通知本公司。顧客須支付退貨及換貨的相關郵費。如換取的產品總價比退回的產品高,顧客須支付差額。如換取的產品總價比退回的產品低,餘額將不獲退回。顧客所換領的產品將不符合退貨資格。網購產品的更換只可在網店進行。

退款方法:所有退款會退回至原先訂單的付款方法。本公司在收到退貨產品後,會在 7個工作天内安排退款,顧客獲退款的實際時間則取決於所屬發卡機構,或有可能需要額外30個工作天。

退款額 - 除非網購商品有瑕疵、遺漏或錯寄情況,否則原本訂單內所繳付的郵費以及網購平臺的3.3%手續費將不獲退還。如果顧客在原訂單内沒有繳付任何郵費,本公司將會在退貨額内扣除原訂單的運輸成本。如果顧客只退回原訂單内部分的產品,我們會根據購買數量從退貨額内按比例扣除運輸成本及3.3%平臺手續費。我們將以電話短信或電子郵件通知顧客退款額的詳細資料。

改衣或維修 – 顧客收到網購產品後,可於三個月内到任何曼黛瑪璉綫下專門店要求改衣或維修服務。顧客須帶同相關產品和收據到綫下專門店。視乎實際情況,本公司有權向客人收取適當的改衣或維修費用。

改衣服務只限正價貨品,所有減價貨品不設任何改衣服務。

當顧客提交申請即代表接受本公司的退貨、換貨條款。本公司擁有退貨和換貨事宜的最終決定權和修改本條款的權利,而不需作另行通知。

Returns and Exchange Policy

Qualified Returns: Products bought on the Mode Marie Hong Kong Online Store that are unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with original product tags and online receipt may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price after the deduction of shipping and relevant costs or returned for an exchange within the time limit specified below.

Exclusion for Returns: Due to hygiene concerns, panties, girdles, shapewear, vests, bra accessories and adhesive products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Furthermore, we do not accept any returns, exchange or refunds on on-sale or clearance products as these sales are considered final. Any non-qualified and non-conforming return applications will be rejected. If non-qualified items are returned, you will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the good(s) sent back to you, otherwise they will be disposed.

Return Address: Online purchases should be returned to Elegance Company, 26/F, South China Industrial Building, 1 Chun Pin Street, Kwai Chung, N.T, Hong Kong. The original purchase receipt should be returned along with the products. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery costs of product returns, and such costs will not be refunded. Online purchases cannot be returned at our physical stores.

Time Limit for Returns: The application for returns/exchanges must be made, and qualified products returned to the above address, within 14 days of product delivery.

Return Condition: All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact. No refunds will be made on goods found to be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged upon inspection.

Proof of Return: We recommend all customers to obtain a proof of postage receipt in case the products are mis-delivered.

Quality Issue / Missing / Wrongly Sent Items: If there are any quality issues, missing or wrongly sent items, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram. We will require you to provide the photo of the good(s) involved if necessary. Return shipping costs will be refunded only on faulty items or items sent in error.

Means of Exchange: You can inform us of which products you would like to exchange for via the returns application portal, or via the Contact us” page, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram. The price of return products can be used as exchange credits on the online store in a one-off exchange. You will be asked to pay the delivery fee and any remaining balance after exchange credits are used. Un-used exchange credits cannot be refunded. Exchanged items are not eligible for returns afterwards. Exchanges can only be made via the online store for online purchases.

Means of Refund. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once we receive the returned item(s) that are qualified for refund, we will issue your refund within 7 working days and will notify you by email or SMS. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to a month for the funds to show back into your account.

Amount of Refund. The 3.3% e-commerce platform fee and any original/return shipping costs paid by you are not refundable, unless your items are faulty, wrongly sent or missing. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. If you are only returning part of an online purchase, the original shipping costs and e-commerce platform fee will be deducted on a pro-rata basis (by piece) on the final refund amount.

Alteration. Alteration and/or maintenance services can be provided for all online purchase at our physical stores within 3 months of purchase. You may be charged for the alteration if deemed necessary. Please bring together your online receipt when visiting our physical stores.

Alteration services are only available for regular-priced items, discounted items will not be eligible for any alteration services at our stores.

We reserve the right to amend our Returns & Exchange Policy without prior notice and refuse any refund and/or exchange without any confirmation or notice from us.
