送貨安排 Delivery Service
所有網購訂單都經由速遞公司配送上門。如欲在專門店提取訂單，顧客可以直接在任何香港專門店購買曼黛瑪璉產品。
香港本地訂單
速遞公司及運費：本店的所有網上訂單將經由「順豐速運」進行配送。所有香港區的配送費用一律為港元40元正，運費需由顧客在下單時一并繳付。運費只包含一次的送件費用。
免費送貨服務 - 購物折後滿港幣500元正可享免費送貨服務一次。免費送貨服務只包括一次的送件費用。
假如包裹因不正確地址或未能找到收件人而被退回，需安排第二次送件，第二次的送件費用需由客人支付（港幣40元正）。一般情況下，因退貨而產生的運費，本店是不作退還的，詳情請瀏覽「退貨及換貨條款」。
處理訂單時間： 您的訂單會在付款後3-5個工作天內處理完畢，因某些產品需要從門市調動才能出貨，並再經「順豐速運」進行配送。如顧客下單後作出更改，或在確認付款時出現問題，均有機會延長訂單的處理時間。
更改及取消訂單：在確認付款後，本公司會馬上開始處理您的訂單。如顧客需要更改或取消訂單，請在下單後透過網站的「聯絡我們」頁面，或經Whatsapp、Facebook、Instagram儘快聯絡本公司。如貨件已經寄出，顧客只可經退貨程序進行退款或換貨。
送貨地址： 請確保您所提供的送貨地址及收貨人名稱正確。如選用順豐自取服務, 必須填寫手提電話號碼以及「順豐站或智能櫃 」的編號和地址, 例如「H852BD65P 香港九龍油尖旺區大角咀海富苑海嵐閣地下順豐智能櫃」。
預計送貨時間： 速遞公司的送貨時間為1-3個工作天。速遞公司一般會在星期一至五，上午9時到下午6時送達貨品。送貨時間有機會因實際情況而有所延誤。
收件程序：當產品送遞到顧客時，收件人須簽署確認收件。 假如產品到達時無人收件，速遞公司會聯絡您另作收件安排。如有需要，顧客亦可聯絡本公司要求網上追蹤郵件。如包裹并非由買家本人或訂單中列明的收件人簽收，本店均不會為任何寄件過程中出現的損失負上責任。
澳門訂單
運費及免費送貨服務：澳門區的訂單將由「順豐速運」進行配送，其配送費用一律為港元60元正。購物折後滿港幣1000元正可享免費送貨服務一次。免費送貨服務只包括一次送件費用。
其他澳門區的送貨事宜與香港區一致。
台灣訂單

All online purchases through our website will be delivered to your shipping address by our 3rd party courier. If you would like to pick up your order at our physical stores, please make your purchase directly at one of our physical stores.
Hong Kong Local Orders
Courier and Delivery Fee: All online orders made through this website will be delivered by “SF Express” in Hong Kong. All local deliveries in Hong Kong will be charged a flat fee of $40 Hong Kong Dollars. The delivery fee will be paid together with the purchase of products, and only includes a one-time delivery.
Free Delivery Offer: All orders over $500 HKD after discounts are eligible for free delivery. The free delivery service only includes a one-time delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or unable to locate the recipient, the customer will be responsible for paying re-delivery costs ($40 HKD). Under normal circumstances, any delivery cost incurred by product returns or re-deliveries cannot be refunded; for details, please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Order processing time: Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within three to five working days (as some products may need to be collected from our stores before shipment) and then delivered by SF Express. Any changes after an order is placed or issues with confirming payment can lengthen the processing time.
Amending/Cancelling orders: We will process your order immediately once payment is received. If you would like to amend or cancel an order after it is placed, please contact us via Contact Us, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer can only exchange or refund the products through the Product Returns procedure.
Delivery Address: Please ensure the address and recipient specified in your order are correct. If you would like to use self-pick-up services at an “S.F Store” or “EF Locker”, please ensure you have provided your mobile number in the delivery details. You are also required to provide the address and store code of your chosen pick-up point. For example, “H852BD65P G/F, Hoi Lam House, Hoi Fu Court, Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong(SF Locker)”
Estimated Delivery Time: Our 3rd party courier will deliver your order in 1-3 working days. Deliveries are usually made during 9am-6pm on weekdays. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on actual circumstances.
Receiving your order: A signature is usually required when the order is delivered to the recipient. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you for alternative arrangements. Please contact us if you would like to track your order online. Mode Marie will not be responsible in case of any loss or damage if the delivery was accepted and signed by someone other than the buyer or intended recipient.
Macau Orders
Delivery Fee and Free Delivery Services: Orders to Macau will also be delivered by S.F Express for a flat fee of $60 HKD. This only includes a one-time delivery. Free delivery is available upon spending $1000 after discounts in a single order. The free delivery service only includes a one-time delivery.
All other procedures, terms and conditions for Hong Kong local orders will apply to Macau orders.
